I hate to be a doubter, but I still think they are not multi-channel. Love to be wrong. Yes, their site says multi-channel, I assume a typo. Matt in customer support says multi-channel. I bet he's wrong.

OR, in purely economical dollars and cents ...ironic how the price of stand alone Pure Audio BD~disc w/ dolby ATMOS has come down [at least by the majors] and the price of a STEREO SACD has gone Up, Up, UP ...with the former usually subject to further discounting while the latter Not at ALL!

Some QQ posters have reported paying as much as $48 [domestically] for a Stereo SACD when one includes tax plus s/h charges from either MoFi or Acoustic Sounds!

I'm a bit confused. Is there any precedent for these albums being released in multichannel? From the discussion here, it almost sounded as if there was word of these being mixed in multichannel, but not getting released until now (if they are multichannel, mind you). This may be me misreading the room, though.

The two albums in question are described as multichannel SACD and Acoustic Sounds CS confirmed it to me upon request. Whether it's a mistake in their description or these being really mch is sheer speculation unless we have the physical proof. Release dates of all SACD's are not being announced yet.

Not only did the two titles have typos, but so did Matt’s reply; apostrophes don’t pluralize!


These are 100% guaranteed to be stereo SACDs.
