Now that we know that it’s been topped by other larger releases, its relegated to being just another brick in the wall!AND IF IT'S BOWIE....

I agree unless it’s Springsteen; I’m not a fan.hang on.. 84 tracks all in Surround?!?
count me BALLS TO THE BRICK BOXSET IN THE WALL.. IN!!
That would be AWESOME!!!!!How about ELO?
That would be even AWESOMER!!!!Black Sabbath!!!!!!!!!!! Come on....that would be astonishing. But...not at all likely.
I am just hoping that it's someone that I like. Some of the guesses being made here wouldn't even move the needle for me.Really, it's probably a "more current" big name artist. I doubt we'll get any of those BIG names from our past. ELO, Sabbath, Zepp, Bowie, Bee Gees, The Who, etc. Yes, I wish, but doubt it.
I'd love it if it was, especially the first, I'd be over the moon, but ................... the last time I enquired (i.e. quizzed/interrogated!) I was told highly unlikely (ok, granted that was a few years ago)
No, we don't. I'm Floyd'ed out...totally. I want something new and unexpected. Whoopie!Do we need more Pink Floyd in surround? (Apart from Animals which we know is coming). Unless it was a complete discography in Atmos of course.
Well that was what I was thinking (esp with the problems with the Immersion Blu-Rays)Do we need more Pink Floyd in surround? (Apart from Animals which we know is coming). Unless it was a complete discography in Atmos of course.
And let's add 2) Who might still be sitting on a sizable amount of truly unreleased material after all of this time?

THIS..by a mile...Spot on haikubass....The Rhino Chicago Quadio box set consisted of 9 BD~As in 192/24 resolution
I would take a SHOT IN THE DARK that it might be YES all in ATMOS!!So it looks like the Chicago release will retain the title in terms of number of discs, but I'm guessing that the package I'm testing (sorry, no more clues yet) will ace it (by quite a lot) in terms of total play time.
...I also wonder which would win on track count? ...this work in progress has no less than eighty four tracks.
I don't know
