Burn Dolby Atmos M4A audio file from USB stick to a physical disc?

Hello all!

I figured much more technically savvy folks here on the forum might assist me in figuring out if there is a way to take the above M4A file type and burn it down to a physical disc (DVD or Blu Ray)?
Any help or tell me if it is not possible would be most appreciated!
