400 Club - QQ All-Star
Captain Matchbox were a reasonably obscure band even here in their native Australia (they were a sort of comedy/cabaret style act doing 20s & 30s style tunes), so I was amazed to learn that there 1973 debut Smoke Dreams was not only released in the US but was released in Dynaquad! Apparently it was released on a reciprocal deal between record companies where the Aussie company released an album by New York underground band The Godz.
I notice that in the quad discography it states that there is no known stereo version. Just for completeness the original Aussie release on local label Image ILP 724 was stereo only - no quad.
I'm not sure if you include 45s/singles in the discography, but I was even more amazed to find that the band's signature single My Canary Has Circles Under His Eyes was released in quad in the US as well:
The Aus B-side was Nagasaki, can't guarantee what the US B-side was.

The offical ESP site shows the album's catalog number as 3010 but that appears to be the single and the album is correctly cited as 3009 on the discography.

PS: I don't suppose anyone, anyone at all actually has this album. I'd say it'd be pretty damn rare.
