All I have found, snooping about the Web, is this from a Washington Post Q&A with Graham Nash, dated 10/16/2020:

A: “Déjà Vu”’ comes out in about two months and it will be a five- or six-CD set. It will have a lot of stuff that people have never heard before. We found that the master tapes that we made of “Déjà Vu” are still fresh.

CDs - fresh masters

Could be that the term “CDs” refers simply to physical discs of various types (CD, DVD, BD-A).

For a lot of people that aren't too tech savvy, "CD" = "album" generically.
Finger's crossed it's just that!

I bet they will do what they did with the 4 Way Street Special Edition.....and have an UBER Box set in the range of $500 if so I'm still in. It's one of my favorite albums of ALL TIME!!

The title is CSNY-Deja Vu 24-96 6 channel flac from MFSL LP 1-088 vinyl (SBU)

sounds pretty darn good. I'm guessing this is the penteo upmix?

SBU upmixes are not done with Penteo. They’re Plogue Bidule upmixes most likely.

Pupster, if you have access to EPIX, watch Part I of Laurel Canyon and especially pay close attention to OUR HOUSE. This was NO Penteo upmix because of all the included music on this documentary, this PROMINENTLY stood out as a bona fide discrete 5.1 remix! It was AMAZING!
