Hopefully, someone will review it before I get to see it. Sadly, it might be a while. It is a separate ticket and requires pre-registration and requires admission to both event and planetarium.

Before I retired, I had a downtown office and would park my carcass there a day or two a week. It was a few block walk or cab ride from there. Now, I'm seldom downtown anymore. I DO PLAN to attend before it closes, though.

I will definitely be getting tickets to one of these shows this summer!! Less than an hour away from where I live.

In Chicago for a few days to see King Gizzard 3 times in a row (the first two have been killer!) and on the way to the second show yesterday I remembered that this exists… and looked up times. DSOTM showtime is 3:15, lasts 45 minutes… Gizz show doors are at 5.

Nabbed a ticket and will be seeing both later today!

Well, let's say that it's worth the trip (and it's quite a trip itself!)! Just got back from the College of Southern Idaho, and I loved almost every minute of the show. There was a brief time during "Money" when I couldn't figure out the visuals, but it wasn't too long before I figured out it was the interior of the International Space Station, without people, but with a lot of laptop screens showing coins on their screens.

Most of the visuals were space related, some of them definitely fantasy (the ISS orbiting Mars?) and one was kind of disconcerting with an ominous dust storm on Mars closing in on an astronaut, but even my wife enjoyed the show.

My home theater isn't a planetarium dome, but if that show ever comes out on blu-ray, it will be in my collection in 5 seconds flat.
