I just ordered from Amazon France, £70.84 delivered to the UK, that's cheaper than the Pineapple Thief - It Leads To This that I'm listening to now.

So nobody in charge suggested that since this box set is featuring surround content, we really should remix the live In Concert '72 recording in at least 5.1? It was a 8-track recording from what I gather. You know refresh that old reissued and reissued recording into something new.

If they really wanted to go the distance here, then they should have gone the distance, included the complete 5.1 album mix too.

Pink Floyd also didn't create surround mixes of Wembley 1974 for either the 2011 Immersion sets or the DSOTM 50. It seems to be a specialty of the Jethro Tull sets to also offer 5.1 live audio.

I'll spring for this to get that quad mix once it is confirmed that it is a great transfer from the analog master with none of the tampering that Peter Mew did to the UK SQ quad on that SACD/DVD from a while back.

Same, I have several past Bull Moose surround purchases but nothing recent. They may drop pricing if they don't sell through their stock, so the procrastinators might want to check them after release day.

I'm still waiting to see if it shows up on Amazon. This reminds me of "The Yes Album" deluxe release a few months ago.

If it doesn't show up on Amazon in the next week I will just go for Rhino unless someone is selling a lot cheaper.
