Not wishing to complicate matters BUT...
Back in the day I got what appeared to be a perfectly good Perception box set off ebay. I realised it was missing the normal DVDA MLP tracks. The small total data sizes of the discs confirmed the issue - they were less than 2GB from memory. In turn, I determined it was a mediocre counterfeit. I took on the seller who initially tried to fudge their way out - but soon back down and gave a full refund. It was a fairly convincing counterfeit with the gig only given away by the discs.
I soon after bought a definitely legitimate copy of Perception from an Australian store. No such issues: discs had lots of data, MLP tracks were present etc.
