Studio monitoring stalwarts Genelec recently debuted a new "personal reference monitoring" system they call UNIO:



So, it's a monitor controller combined with a matching set of headphones and a personal head-related transfer function (HRTF) measurement presumably taken via a Genelec smartphone app, plus a measurement microphone to calibrate loudspeakers. Their full ad copy:
