I have loved records since I was about 9, so since 1968. And with the evolution of music format I have embraced 45’s, LP’s, cassettes, 8 Tracks, CD’s, DVD’s, Blu-Ray and now QUADIO. My first experience with ATMOS with these new (QUAD) recordings was listening to The Dark Side of the Moon, and my jaw dropped. I wish industry would embrace this new format and put out the treasure trove of its libraries of recordings over the last 6 decades. So far, I am enjoying the ride. Oh, I should also add that my first experience to listening to QUAD was in the backseat of this guy’s 1970 Mach Mustang while he was doing ‘Brodie’s’ (donuts) in this guys’ high school parking lot on a winter day in Salt Lake City and we we listened to “Frankenstein” by the Edgar Winter band. It was mind blowing 🤯!
