Freaking, yum! Dying. Love jerky, never had a way to make it.
This is the only way I know how to make it...unfortunately:

I'm using an 'NESCO FD-75A Snackmaster Pro Food Dehydrator'; bought from Amazon, only about $86. The only thing I don't like about it, is that the on and off is from unplugging the cord. I sometimes use it for other things like dried fruit or veggies.

Anyone else have a go-to recipe for great Jerky???? I've tried some other types, like Mexican style or with coffee marinades, but nothing seems as good as that one I posted up.

I like my meat but I gotta say, that really grosses me out.
I donโ€™t see it as being a lot different than a whole turkey.

When I got my first Weber kettle grill, I got a cookbook that included how to fix a whole pig. Iโ€™ve never seen one for sale, but the recipe indicated that they are cleaned out similar ro a roasting chicken or turkey.
