Right. Hope you noticed my wink.Which has little to do with the order in which the original vinyl was first released. And then there are the Ian Anderson albums.
Aqualung is my favourite track:Bullseye?
Now you know why I'm always confused;>) If it's outstanding it's usually Jethro Tull with Martin Barre. Magic!I have a rhetorical question for you. How is an Ian Anderson album different from a Jethro Tull album? For example, TAAB and TAAB2.
By the name that's on the cover.I have a rhetorical question for you. How is an Ian Anderson album different from a Jethro Tull album? For example, TAAB and TAAB2.
To which "JT classic" is **** Erraticus a sequel?...it's easy to retcon TAAB2 and HE as Tull albums, especially considering that both are sequels to a JT classic.
So, clear as mud.By the name that's on the cover.
At the time TAAB2 and **** Erraticus came out, Ian was trying to distance himself from the Tull name and establish himself as the "brand". There was also the absence of Martin, who had been the only constant JT member besides IA since the second album.
After The Zealot Gene and Rökflöte with basically the same line-up and similar styles reverted to the JT name, it's easy to retcon TAAB2 and HE as Tull albums, especially considering that both are sequels to a JT classic. Also, his earlier solo albums were musically more different from the band.
It's all rather inconsistent.
All Cat Stevens to me.So, clear as mud.
It features the last appearance of Gerald Bostock as a plot device, so it refers to TAAB again. To which "JT classic" is **** Erraticus a sequel?
I'd forgotten about that. D'oh!It features the last appearance of Gerald Bostock as a plot device, so it refers to TAAB again.
