Not only have I read it, but I originally posted it here a few months ago upon seeing it.
Looks like it's definitely in very premature stages right now, so it's hard to say which form a potential COL reissue will take, if it actually takes any form at all!

Listening to Power to Believe for the first time ever. Hard to fathom how I hadn't got around to it 'til now.
Haven't heard CoL either (nor some of the Projekcts).
Really enjoying PtB!!! So far, I like it about as much as Thrak.
