The box set Atmos mixes are killer. Assuming the new mix is just as good, this isn’t to be missed.

The box set Atmos mixes are killer. Assuming the new mix is just as good, this isn’t to be missed.

The box set mixes are all based on the current versions of the catalogue as used in their live shows, which in turn are based off of the versions released in The Mix.

The description makes this release sound like it is based on the original studio version of Autobahn, not the The Mix/live versions

Yep. The only "exclusive" here is the slipcase, which has no SDE branding and no series number.

Unfortunate, though not unexpected, that the quad mix is absent.

Great release, shame there’s no inclusion of the quad mix (not that I’ve heard if it’s any good?) but I’m sure the Atmos will be stellar! (And it’s reassuringly cheap!)

Huh? So these are new atmos mixes, but the release itself is NOT an exclusive, i.e., you can get it elsewhere just without the slipcase?

Doesn't SDE making non-exclusive titles part of their exclusive series dilute the series? Not sure I like this... unless I'm completely misunderstanding.

it is not part of SDE's Exclusive Surround Series, SDE have an Exclusive Slipcase for the Blu-ray only.

the Blu-ray will also be available at outlets other than SDE.

i initially thought it was an SDE Surround Exclusive title but it is not, sorry for any confusion caused.
