I only ordered two of them, Aretha and Cobham. So based on your review, Cobham will be first. I only bought the Aretha disc because everyone here said that it wasn't a typical live recording and that it made you feel like you were in the center of the band playing live.
They are on the way.....maybe today.
I really enjoy your reviews Mike. Good luck with grad school. You took a leap that I was never willing to take. Once I got through college I could never stomach the idea of going back even though I know I should have.

So, very nice mix, not very memorable music. Hearing that you might ever play it a second time pretty much tells the story. Sadly, I've already got a lot of music in that category (or worse: Helen Reddy, anybody?). Doesn't negate the really good stuff, of course. Anyway, my copy has yet to make it across the pond.

From what i've read, the instrumental tracks are the way to go, and they might make a cool soundtrack to some drone footage that you and your son shoot . . . if and when you two have time. Until then, keep on studying! Stay Surrounded, Comrade!

I totally get where you're coming from. I remember the grad school days. Not a lot of time was left over for extracurriculars.
