First Robert Plant album I ever owned (my RP collection is still lacking).thanks go to QLinda for 'reminding' about Robert Plant. He has been neglected in my listening sessions. This album was not a big seller - but it is very interesting and very good

It’s because…That's because it's a UHQ MQA CD pressed in Japan, Perp.

I wanted Killers too but it sold out fast.and its very rare and very expensive Perps. An incredible reissue. Lucky you. Wish I had a copy
Searching around a bit I came upon this Charlie Daniels Band video on YouTube of Saddle Tramp the song. Wow! Takes the old country boy about 3 minutes to get going but the rest is smokin' rock! The recording quality especially on the drums is outstanding too.
One of my favorite LPs EVER!!!
First heard Are You Experienced? in ‘67 as a 10 year old while living in Germany where my dad, who was in US Army, was stationed. My life has never been the same since either!I can tell a brief story about my first time hearing "Fire" and of Jimi Hendrix. Back in high school in '67 several of us would go to Broadway Skate Land in Mesquite TX on Friday nights where they would have a cover band playing. I heard "Fire" for the first time and had to find out the source. Found out and bought the "Are You Experienced" LP. Never been the same since!
Funny how that happens...☺First heard Are You Experienced? in ‘67 as a 10 year old while living in Germany where my dad, who was in US Army, was stationed. My life has never been the same since either!
