This album is not in ATMOS as far as I can see and hear. What am I missing?
(pretty sure its an upmix fwiw)

I'm liking this immediately. From the first track: violin in the center channel (with reverb in the rear overheads), piano front right, bandoneon front left, bass rear left, guitar rear right. Drums (mainly brushes) in stereo across the fronts, doubled at lower volume in the front overheads. Piano seems to spread across right front & rear on some tracks. Feels like you're live in studio with the ensemble. Much different--and much more favorable--impression than another listener had of the Blu-Ray. I don't know if my enthusiasm is great enough to spend 34 bucks on it, but it might be.
A very interesting mix, puts you in the audience but maybe at the edge of the stage, with Atmos being used to great affect to create areas that occupies a whole defined space for each musician. Worth a listen.
Strange. Kiko and the Lavender Moon was Atmos for me yesterday, but today, it's back to stereo. The title track is labeled Atmos.

they got that right! (bloody well right!)If @fredblue thinks it sounds like an upmix, they give up and take it down.
With any luck, for a do-over.
yeay! Shmatmos begone!!Im finding quite a few tracks Were Atmos but No longer...
Corrs 3 songs gone
Ben E King Stand by me gone
And now, nobody who hasn't heard it can form an opinion, because that was the first place I checked and it's gone from there, also. The only Kiko and The Lavender Moon I've ever found in Atmos was the track on their Another Band from E. LA compliation i referenced ealier, not the main Kiko album. And yes, it sounds like a Warner upmix.
The late EoH (Eye of Horus) did a great upmix of that album, in fact. Hopefully it gets a thoughtful immersive mix from multitracks one day. Good Morning, Aztlan and/or The Town and the City would be good ones, too. . . .And now, nobody who hasn't heard it can form an opinion, because that was the first place I checked and it's gone from there, also.
Still a great album in stereo, upmix it any way you are able or wish to, you won't be the loser by it.
Maybe this is a conspiracy to sell more Surround Masters.

Oh man! One of my favourite Clutch songsClutch - Spacegrass
Just this one track. OK mix, kinda lo-fi SQ, but I need more of these! And thank you, Spatial Audio Finder.

In Atmos on Apple Music. Is Bad Religion Stranger Than Fiction in Atmos? I saw it mentioned somewhere else. I don't see it on Tidal.
At each other’s throats, perhaps? I have this fantasy that Ken Scott will get it all sorted.Where’s Supertramp?
Only Lossless in USThis one is even better:
Like the Zappa.Weird that this is on the featured album section of Apple, but the album doesn't come out for three weeks. Hmmm?
