I bought the blu Ray well over a year ago, probably more like two. My copy is just a standard blu Ray with no CD.

Ah, gotcha. Yes, I recall the special features all being available on the original stand-alone BD. But they seem to be missing on the reissue.

i should add, lest the comment be mistaken for my customary air of gay frivolity, several old Universal SACDs had this mysterious "TBC" 5.1 remix credit (Calegero "3" was another one i was keen to know who mixed it and chuckled once i got the disc in my hot little mitts, ah its our old friend "TBC" at work again... groan, moan, whinge, etc..!!)
