I'm glad they were able to provide a little taste. We don't want any of our buddies getting the shakes !!!I ordered my Live-Evil from Ebay Canada, and it has yet to arrive. Reading all of the reviews really has me jonesing (hmm) for my copy. Today, a package (hmm) arrived from Japan! I got very nervous when I felt something much smaller than 7" in the package (man, I can hear some of you salivating over my diction [hmm] choices--I'll keep setting 'em up). When I opened it up, I remembered ordering

A Sony Japan SACD of a 1972 Quad release! I'm still waiting for Miles, but this release is a real, discrete treat that will keep me busy until Live-Evil arrives
Praytell, Clement.....review? I'm itching to redeem my CDJapan bonus points before they expire!
edit: according to CDJapan ... no longer available ...... WTF!
Can’t recall who told me to buy this. But WOW!
From Dutton Epoch. Eugene Ormandy Alexander Nevsky.

I can concur with this. Where is the kick drum, even?Bass on the Santana is nice & full. Ron Johnson can really pluck.
I felt the that the bass on Booger Bear was thin.
I've had a rip/roaring day today.
Nearly 40 SACD's copied to the hard drive....mostly D.V.'s.
But one I was very happy to get working with a rip, is the one I'm listening to now.
For some reason, on 2 previous attempts, it was no way Jose.
Elton in fine voice.
Goodbye Yellow Brick Road.

Nice. Thats the way it should be heard. All killer, no filler! This is the Guthrie mix, with both halves of "Shine On" spliced together... time to relax for a while

You know, I just remembered something great while listening to this... when I was about 27 (23 years ago), during the "funky section" at the end of the song, my incredibly hot girlfriend of the time danced naked in the candlelight of my room for me. "Oh, What A Night", as The Jersey Boys once sangAll killer, no filler! This is the Guthrie mix, with both halves of "Shine On" spliced together... time to relax for a while
