I forgot how much I enjoy this disc.
Whoa! That one takes me back! I spent a lot of time listening to Metheny in high school and college . . . before I dropped out! 1978's Pat Metheny Group was a particular favorite. Even though Mays is not on it, I'm spinning my other multichannel MethenyYes, dear Clement, on this unimaginable day we lost a brilliantly talented keyboardist in Lyle Mays.
Time to spin this gorgeous reminder of how very talented Mr. Mays was and this album BEGS for the 5.1 Surround Treatment post haste

Yeah, it's killer in 3D and 7.1.Have that one in 3D, Clement. Strange Beautiful Music and a totally different direction for Metheny [sounds like he's on METH]!
