Komrade Clement: Does this mean you're back in the saddle again?
I'm kinda digging the Komrade, but perhaps I should then be Kliment--that might be kool. Actually, what it means is that today, during pre-service at my practicum site, while the presenter was droning on and on (and not wearing her mask, I might add) I was checking importcds.com for the Santana Santana release, AND my wife is wiped from teaching on Zoom all day, so I got her a little ice cream and jumped on her laptop to let you know what I am listening to . . . to what I am listening (phuquing recovering Engl-ish teacher)! Plus, I have some scholarly articles to read about counselor fatigue and empathy, so I should prolly get to work. I REALLY miss my QQ Comrades--Stay Surrounded!

WHEW, sounds like a dissertation for an upcoming THESIS, KOMRADE KLIMENT!

we miss you Clement!!!
Keep on Quaddin'....the Genesis BD is a BEAUTY!!!! I always have to pinch myself that we have gotten so many AWESOME albums that we would have never thought of gettin on MCH about 10-15 years ago... I mean...Gabriel Genesis, KCrimson.. YES.. ELP...THE BEATLES...you surely jest, hahahaha...

ANNNNNYWAAAAYYYYY....it seems we could be living in a Computer Generated Reality (maybe we are...but I like these times with MCH releases of my classics)...

And I am not even tipsy!!!!

So, I'm 4 songs in on Metallica S/M and yep. It's very good. No, it's not discreet. (meaning the rears) I could care less. It jams...typical Metallica. Perfect on a large screen with it playing loud. It will get your adrenelin going for sure. Also, worth noting...considering they have a massive stage with them, and the symphony...they do a wonderful job capturing that and some nice split screen with the band. I dig it.

For me, well worth the money. Thumbs up!

And, while I'm talking to myself here....what is clear about Metallica on this release... They are spot on, musically. Top of their game. Hetfield is an amazing singer. Yes, I said it. He is. His voice is just killer and I can't imagine how it's that strong and precise after all these years. Superb release.
