Oh boy. So, I took my Atmos (height) speakers, which were set up as reflective (sitting on top of my front and rear towers) and mounted up on the wall. Ummmm.

Big difference. Man, I just listened to Mando Diao (Auro-3D) and holy crap. That was fun.

These worked surprisingly well for my height speakers. I ran them along the ceiling/wall joints and over to the wall corners. Even without wall paint, they aren’t very noticeable.

Just got this Cowboy Junkies SACD in.
UHJ encoded with a single Calrec Ambiosonic Microphone - hmm will have to study a little closer, but big boomy bass sound with very subtle vocals, and not much discrete elements as you'd expect. But I love those mellow C.J. tunes!
