Once again, good ole' GOS has an oddball occurrance and I don't get it...

So, I Purchased a 5.1 download from Bandcamp. I got thet links for 5.1, downloaded and loaded them into Foobar...and I get this sort of display. What the heck does it mean?

Did you use a tagging program Gene? I too had this a couple of times but not sure how I solved this, I think I used a tagging program to re tag it?
