What are they saying?

Acording to the Wiki: "Nearly all of BAP's lyrics are written in Kölsch, the dialect of Cologne, ...." It is a is a small set of very closely related dialects, or variants, of the Ripuarian group of dialects of the Central German group of languages.

So, it would be a kind of multi dialect hodgepodge of German.
