I have always loved this now in Atmos, better.
XTC-Skylarking Blu Ray released 9/27/2024.
Blu Ray rip. MKV file, 24 bit/48Khz. I am listening to the full file as it is gapless, at least Summer's Cauldron>Grass.
The DR average on the full rip is 17. The DR's as Chapters (tracks) are 10, 11, 12's, 13's, 14's, 15, 17.

Marillion - This Strange Engine Deluxe is in the house (with signed card) and squeezed onto the Marillion/Fish shelf, obviously I can't buy anymore as there's no more room (I wouldn't mind Anaraknophobia or Happiness Is The Road though). Only listened to the 5.1 on the Blu-ray once, I was unimpressed with the surround mix on the first few songs but things improved as I got my ears in tune with what was going on. 5.1 DTS-HD Master 96kHz

ahh.. so true and if it brings you pleasure you can't put a price on that

i remember my dear ol' Grandad, justifying to the rest of the family him indulging us spoilt brat Grandkids (yet again) saying; "well i don't want to be the richest person in the graveyard! let them enjoy it now while they're young and i'm still here!!"

he's been gone 21 years now but his motto "send it, spend it, rolling along" still gets used by me and my siblings when reminiscing about him!
