Modern player for DTS CDs, DVD-A, and SACD 5.1?

Hi all, trying to determine if there are any current disc players out there that are compatible with the DTS CDs from the early 2000s? Would prefer to be able to buy something new, but also open to being pointed in the direction of good secondhand options.

And if possible, I figure while I’m at it, I may as well try to find something that can also play the DVD-A layer of DVD-Audio discs, and multichannel SACDs. Compatibility with all three formats would be fantastic, but the DTS CD is my first priority, followed by DVD-A, and SACD last.

Forgot to mention, my current setup is a smart TV plus a 5.1 soundbar system (with satellite speakers) which seems to be compatible with just about every format out there (Atmos, DTS:X, Dolby, etc), so I’d like something that won’t necessitate a separate A/V receiver.
Just for the record, I keep updating a survey of all disc players which are able to play DTS CD, DVD-A and SA-CD.

The survey is in a pdf file and is in French, but player designation is easy to read (except some Denon or Pioneer players, which can have other designations in the US or Japan than rest of the world and especially in Europe).

Currently have an OPPO BDP-83 that plays whatever I throw at it and has 5.1 analog output.
If I were to replace it with the SONY how would I get the 5.1 analog output from the HDMI?
This multichannel hdmi DAC is what I use. One of these even faired very well over at audiosciencereview. In your particular use though, you will of course need to output PCM from the Sony. Prepare to spend 10-20x more for a multichannel DAC with DSD. https://www.ebay.com/itm/2523968471...ar=551244254559&widget_ver=artemis&media=COPY

What are you wanting different than the Oppo provides? Just curious.

I also have a BDP-83, but can't get it to play flac. In fact, I can't make it play anything from the USB in. How are you doing it?

I'm thinking in case of failure. It is long in the tooth..
How old is your amp/receiver if you 'need' analog outputs? That might be another component needing replacement as well (before it fails), in which case going with new player and amp with hdmi/digital output would open up options and future compatibility. Although already moved on to hdmi/digital, I recently replaced my amp when there was a sale on a comparable replacement just to head off dealing with it failing, and I even managed to resell my old amp on eBay to recoup some costs. That was bonus, and another potential benefit of selling before failure.

I have a 105, so YMMV or maybe there’s no squirrel in the tree I’m barking up. On my Oppo’s home screen, there are icons for music and video. If you select the music icon, it goes to a menu with any thumb drives you have plugged in, as well as any disc you might have inserted. Select a drive and get a menu of its contents, as long as they are recognized music files.

There are components, other than an SACD/DVD player of a certain age, that would require the analog inputs, such as my Surround Master. Analog outputs would be especially good if you want to use separate power amps, instead of the ones in the receiver. You don't always see tape outputs on receivers anymore, and the SM would need that to get the signal it needs to decode.

Our old bdp 83 would not play Flac via usb. So we sold it and went for the 93. bdp 93, 103, 203 all play Flac
