Heh, heh.
Let's see ...
With George Bailey as stand in Captain, Australia wins ODI series against South Africa 4 games to 1.
With George Bailey as stand in Captain, Australia wins ODI tri-series against India & England without losing a match.
With George Bailey as stand in Captain, Australia defeats England by 111 runs in their World Cup opener.
With the glorious return from injury of the much-loved official Captain, Michael "Hollywood" Clarke, Australia achieves it's lowest World Cup 1st innings ever and are (quite deservedly) defeated by New Zealand. Clarke makes a whopping 12 runs, Clarke's buddy Shane "He's No 3 batsman because of his bowling" Watson almost pulls out his finger and actually makes double digits with 23.
George Bailey, ranked No 11 ODI player in the world and the highest ranked Australian is, of course ... sitting out the match due to Clarke's return. Worst freaking decision since ... well, you know what decision I mean.
A well deserved win to NZ and I fully expect to see the Black Caps with the trophy.
CORRECTION: George Bailey is actually currently No 9 ODI Batsman in the world, Aaron Finch is the only higher Australian at No 8, Michael Clarke is ... No 32.
