The post office seems to have lost mine. According to tracking, it's been sitting in the Jacksonville regional hub for 6 days, but is "in transit to next destination".
I suppose by mule team. lol.
I used to be able to open a support ticket with USPS and they were very helpful. It seems the site does not allow it anymore. I can only ask for a shipping refund. Let's wait a few more days and if nothing happens, I'll send you another one.

Thanks. I suspect it will get here sooner or later. Happens sometimes.
I'll let you know how it ges, Franck. Not your fault, the vagaries of the USPS.

By the way, I may be asking too much, but if you could add a review, that would be awesome and very helpful

I got a really neat review from Joachim Garraud

Also for the people in Europe, I have been trying to figure out how to send it cheaper, but it seems it is more expensive to send a package to Europe from the USA than the opposite.

I also looked about having a stock in Europe, there are a few fulfillment services, but for my volume this seems very expensive.

So the solution I found so far, is to create a music pack and discount it.

If you have some ideas, please let me know.

The shipping to EU/UK is inordinately expensive. Just for a small package I could not find a rate less than $200. I mean it's crazy.
Probably easier to slip someone at the airport a 50 to carry onboard.
I remember when you could buy a plane ticket from Tampa > Boston > London for less than they want to charge to ship packages. Unreal.

I don't know what shopify shipping prices are, but I usually ship discs media mail (US only). Had pretty good luck with outgoing, not always so good with incoming for whatever reason.
I use the PayPal shipstation for media mail, doubt they give any discounts but I'm in the sticks so it's just more convenient to print the labels at home, and if they will fit in the mailbox all the better.

Shopify has a good integration, and they get discounts on media mail too, and they have shipping rates for international. My Blu-ray shipped in a padded envelope costs about $4 for USA, $20 to France. I think Paypal has access to the same USPS commercial rates. Shopify allows you to buy and print labels at home too. Pirateship does not seem better except internationally, it seems to be $10 to France, if they accept to onboard me.
