I used to be able to open a support ticket with USPS and they were very helpful. It seems the site does not allow it anymore. I can only ask for a shipping refund. Let's wait a few more days and if nothing happens, I'll send you another one.The post office seems to have lost mine. According to tracking, it's been sitting in the Jacksonville regional hub for 6 days, but is "in transit to next destination".
