Instant purchase! I played the MLP DVD~A 5.1 recently on my new system and it literally BLEW ME AWAY. Had to "Duck" a few times. This remix/remaster should be ASTOUNDING!

If you're not familiar with the band, this is a good one! Neo-psychedelia with elements of space rock. While it may not be considered The Flaming Lips' best release (that usually goes to their previous album The Soft Bulletin), this album is really great; silly at times, and thought-provoking at others.

The 5.1 mix (which appears to be on this release as well) is one of the nuttiest mixes out there, with elements panning all over the place. I heard the Atmos mix is really great too, which is currently out on streaming!

I have heard OF them but never heard any of their music. I've also heard good things about them and their 5.1 surround mix and I know this album is highly regarded. For $20 I'm in.
