I have a question about the naming of the functions and not a world shattering problem. SQ is self explanatory. Now is "Involve" used for "QS" and if so why is it not called "QS" or at least put "(QS)" label under "Involve".

QS is really a subset of Involve but yep I will make that recommendation as many will not know what setting is best for QS

Hi Quattro 64

The good news is Dave the Bitch (Overture) is scheduled to complete all the modifications by the end of this week. This means we push the order button to our Chinese manufacturer NEXT WEEK!!!!

The first batch will only be for 100 units (just to be cautious) then a much larger production run.

Things are happening. Re CD4 we have not dropped it, more we are overloaded.

Chucky - I'm sure I speak for lots of us on QQ in thanking you personally for your commitment to getting this over the line (and of course to Dave and the rest of the team for their efforts). It's been a long (and interesting) journey for us all (particularly those of us who go back to the initial v1 days) but I'm so pleased we're nearly at the end of the road and really looking forward to getting my hands on the lovely new thing!!
When will it be possible to order and what proof of ownership will you require for the SMv1 owners discount (serial number perhaps)?

On a second read of the press release I think it should be emphasized that this is analog in and analog out. Except for most of us QQ'ers it's an HDMI world out there. Many recievers that have only HDMI also have a pass through mode but that still wouldn't work with this unit. And then almost all new Blu-Rei players have no analog out. Adjusting the copy a bit might save some returns.
