Oppo 203 USB Ports

The 203 features two USB 3.0 ports on the back and a single USB 2.0 port on the front. I currently have a 2TB drive connected to one of the 3.0 ports where I store both multichannel and stereo FLAC files. I’ve reached the 2TB drive’s capacity and want to add another drive to the second 3.0 port.

Does anyone know the maximum external HD storage capacity supported by the 203’s 3.0 ports? I’d like to go larger than 2TB for obvious reasons, but want to ensure the 203 can handle it. Thanks in advance and HAPPY NEW YEARS!

A few months ago I connected a (2.5" NTFS formatted) 5TB HDD to my OPPO's rear 3.0 ports without any issues...

I have a 4TB powered Western Digital connected to one of the back USB 3.0 connectors on my Oppo 203.

Slightly off topic: I've switched from HDDs to two Seagate 2TB SSDs It is my understanding that the SSDs last longer than the HDDs. However, I've never had a problem with the Seagate HDDs.

I'm using the HDDs as backups.
