I don't have an Atmos system, but a 5.1 system - and listening to the Atmos mix of Vitalogy - I am impressed. It is a much more immersive mix than Dark Matter, which I thought was ok. The Vitalogy mix is more discreet with a lot of different things coming from all main speakers (remember I only have a 5.1). Glad I got this one, as I was a bit worried that it could be overly compressed like Dark Matter and not as discrete as I would hope.

Just now put it on in Dolby Atmos. Definitely makes for a new listen! A Zappa-like opening then it rocks.
Will post more in poll later (if I can find it, lol). [edit: the voice separations are something else! At my computer I'm sitting at a 90 degree angle to my fronts and rears and it seems solid stereo between them, with voices coming from any position in the room. I think I'll like this :)]

From Ten Club? Meanwhile, still waiting for it to be sent to me a mere few hours south of H.Q. in Seattle... 👀

Lol... yes it was from the Ten Club.

This never happens to me so please don't take that lol to heart.

Actually, I'm waiting on a box set by the Go Betweens right now... and they are from my town... and everyone else has that first!

*shakes fist at sky*

For me, this is not reference material, it sounds kind of "muffled", not a lot of clarity, also not a very adventurous mix.......anyway, better than nothing, some songs are better mixed than others, but none of them were jaw dropping for me.........more space and more soundstage, but something is lacking (at least for me)
