Repairing the JVC CD4-50 Demodulator

Could someone let me know how to repair the CD4-50?

It works fine, sounds great, but

When I start to playback the CD-4 record, it detects the 30khz signal, then CD-4 PLAY lump(red) turns on properly from CD-4 READY(green), but when finished, the lump remains CD-4 PLAY mode and never changes to CD-4 READY without tuning off the power switch or switching the function switch from CD-4 to 2CH or another. I’ve already replaced all the Electrolytic capacitor myself. I’m a Japanese quad fan. Could you give me a hand in simple and easy English?

All I found on line was this JVC CD4-1 - Manual - 4-channel System Disc Demodulator - HiFi Engine (pdf attached). No schematics. My guess is something isn't working properly with the PLL section of the demodulator. It isn't something to fix at home unless you have all the correct equipment.
