Total speculation on my part. But will releasing titles like this actually make Rhino any money? I mean, the reason for the Quadio program is to make money, after all. I just don't see these happening.

I can’t speak for all the headbangers around here, but I would definitely be in for just about any of those classical quads.

Knowing that Beaver and Krause is on tap, all I really care about is The Last of the Brooklyn Cowboys, Waitress in a Donut Shop and Sail Away. Throw one or two choice Nonesuch titles and both Finnadars into the mix, and my vintage WEA quad collection is essentially complete.

Beautiful Jon, please remember me in your last will and testament! 😂 Imagine you could go back to 2008 and show your past self this kind of thing after the death of SACD and DVD-A, you'd scarcely believe it.

Just to add to this thread, given that batch 6 was 'genre themed' maybe this will be a thing going forward - I hope it's soft rock or jazz just to piss off the maximum number of people, haha.

Nice try, Jim and Perry are with Sony.

Maybe Mike Dutton will grant your wish soon.
BTW, Simon, Dutton Vocalion did give us this Perry Como two~fer on QUAD SACD a few years ago

Perry & Perry Como In Person At The International Hotel, Las Vegas, Primary, 1 of 3
