I got 3 emails saying this as well. Let's hope this means we get the surround mix after all. That is something I am willing to wait for.

I thought that, too, and it might explain why they have not confirmed my cancellation. But that might be a bit too optimistic.

I cancelled my order on 27 March but so far have only had a 'confirmation of cancel request' from Music Glue. (I have since received the message about the release being delayed, which I wouldn't expect if they had actually cancelled me.) Have others who cancelled actually got a refund yet? I'm not in a hurry and don't want to bother them if I can avoid it, but if others have actually had a refund I ought to chase it up in case a non-surround DVD unexpectedly appears on my doormat.

I had the same so sent email to link provided in the confirmation of cancel request from Music Glue who actioned a refund straight away but also said they had no record of my previous communication

I received both a confirmation of cancelation from my credit card company and Music Glue and received a FULL refund.

I got my refund finally after about 10 days (requested on March 24th, got refund on April 4th). I had to send a couple of follow-up email to Music Glue cusomter support. I can forward what I wrote if that will help.

I wonder if this will be one of those releases where the cd has a DR of 5 and the vinyl has a DR of 10, lol... this is why I don’t buy stereo music anymore (no point in buying low DR CDs, and I don’t have a record player)... sure hope we get a surround mix!

I’m keeping my fingers crossed. I am hoping with this delay, they utilize the time to do a multichannel mix

The release date of 'Rick Wakeman: The Red Planet - *Science Officer * The Red Planet CD & DVD in Deluxe limited edition Pop Up Packaging' has been changed to 26 Jun.

not sure about the Carp, but maybe it is filled to the Bream with some Bass, don't want to appear Bleak or Bitterling about the lake of a 5.1 mix, but I'll Perch my Rudd on a Pike. Maybe it'll be mixed by Dus Gudgeon now?

I'm sure with ALL the cancelations they received [I AM among the 'guilty' party], they might've had a rude awakening that NO SURROUND .... NO DEAL! Will still anxiously await reviews. So if it's jolly 5.1 remix, I may reorder but probably without the limited edition special pop up packaging.......for that, there's Viagra!

Again, if there are waiting and sending the dvd later why not make it what they intended - a 5.1 mix? There's no big rush....if SW can delay his album until Jan 2021 then so can Rick.
