Go into network settings on the OPPO it'll tell you what it's IP address is.
Gene, on your pc you are able to see the network as well? When you double click on PC/Computer icon you see on the left side Network. You probably see the Oppo mentioned there as multimedia player. Or something similar. If so, you can right click on the icon and select properties to see the IP address.
The Oppo Media Control app also displays the IP address of the Oppo.
my netgear router has a windows program that shows all connected devices and their ip's
if you click on each one you can rename it
maybe your router has a similar program?

Hi Jon, wasn't there a command line file in the zipped folder, should be sacd.cmd. Double cliking this would do the trick as well.
Did my first rip. Followed grill's instructions but the sacd_extract.exe did not start. A window appeared to open and close really quick, and that was the extent of it. I thought maybe Norton was blocking it but that was not it.
I then moved the sacd_extract folder to my C: drive off the root, went to a command line and entered the parameters directly into the DOS window as the instructions show:
C:\sacd_extract>sacd_extract -i 192.168.1.121:2002 -P -I
and it worked perfectly (My Oppo's IP address is 192.168.1.121). I did not realize this was a DOS command line deal. (Of course I should have)
Anyway, hope this helps for future folks who don't see the obvious like I didn't!
That's what the sacd.cmd fie is for. You edit it to your players IP address then run the sacd.cmd file.
So... Any guinea pigs tried that new official Oppo BDP-10X firmware yet?

On stevehoffmam forum some people are reporting a small gap when gapless playback of files is selected. Do you notice this too?
Three.Humor me, please. How many forums have you gone to and asked that question?
So, you can still rip SACDs, no problem?Yes I have. The only thing I've noticed is that my 105 shuts off faster.
...
I'm only playing discs and so far I've have no playback issues.

And yet... This thread... Any chance you'd be willing to try ripping, to see if it's still possible on the new firmware?Do what?? Just kidding...I don't rip anything...I just play the original discs.

Only if they have the same name.My firmware update went thru today. I also ripped my first sacd iso. Everything seems fine except for one thing... I'm ripping my 2nd iso but can not find the first one. Does each new rip over write the previous if you didn't move the previous?
