Please post your thoughts and comments on this new reissue of the classic Santana album "Borboletta".
This new reissue on Multichannel SACD contains the first release of the original Quadraphonic mix since the 1970s!

I've been waiting for this poll to cast my 10 vote!

After "the first three" this has long been my favourite Santana album. I would have to agree with the hype posters "The fiery rhythms that Santana introduced to rock are back". & "Boroletta" Santana's steaming return to the old neighborhood."To my taste it is much more of an assessable album than either "Caravanserai" or "Welcome". Depending on my mood I might actually consider it above the first three!

I've owned the Canadian SQ release since about 1975 and always thought that it sounded great even through my non-logic decoder. It sounded even better via the Tate S&IC. Now with the discrete Sony release, what is not to like!
