Even though they’re from my home town I wont be buying these, not my cup of tea, I listened to both albums on you tube and it never changed my mind

JPC is shipping upon availability, but charges shipping only once at least within Germany where shipping is free anyway (Vinyl and books above 20€).
Huh? I stack preordered items all the time with other retailers, specifying holding and waiting until the final release is available to ship (if necessary), and shipping in as few parcels as possible. Even other small-ish shops (e.g. Burning Shed) are fine with this. Other places also allow you to combine existing orders into one shipment. SDE is an outlier in this regard.
I'm in NZ. Like all other retailers both the SDEShop and jpc.de hold all items in an order until the latest pre-order date for any item in that order for me. I have done a number of orders with multiple shipment dates from both retailers.

Yes, for all items in a single order. The issue with SDE is that preorder periods for new Surround Series releases often don't overlap, such that one is forced to make separate orders for discs announced just weeks apart from one another, leading to needlessly wasteful and expensive multiple shipments. If I could have my SDE orders delivered quarterly in single shipments, I'd much prefer that to the current system.

A lot of people have never heard the proper Steven Wilson 5.1 mix of Sparkle In The Rain because it appears it was only available on the corrected Blu-ray disc and not the corrected DVD-A at the time (that one has a third mix that is closer to the original found on the botched discs).
I never heard that but it makes sense as I have the original box set with the DVD-A and couldn’t really hear any difference once I got the replacement disc.

Anyway, ordered both discs. I’m hoping they do SITR too with SFY. Don’t cha just love abbreviations?! I hope they will go back in the catalog and mix their earlier work in Atmos, which is so different than their middle and later years.
