Yeah, thanks, star quad has been dismissed on many forums for being a bit too rolled off, but necessary for high noise (pro/outdoor, etc) areas. I may end up with longer runs of my Belden/Neutrik combo, but currently leaning toward Mogami Silver for the long runs, and Grimm TPR/Neutrik for the fronts. If I use a balanced switcher (like Kal's Coleman 7.1 sw) then I'll use db25 snakes of something (Seismic?) for the shorter multichannel runs, and the Grimms for my 2 channel stuff.

My wife and I are 5'8", slim. We are looking for two narrow recliners or lounges for our small media room. We would like them to have a small headrest (like a gaming chair), so they do not obstruct the sound from the quad/rear-surround speakers. I have done many Google Image searches but have not found anything that we like. Have any of you seen a recliner like this?

I have shopped for recliners for two different rooms. I've never seen what you are describing. I ended up with theatre chairs on both occasions. Both sets have huge pillow type headrests. I do understand your problem. Since my rears are at 100 degrees to the sides, all I need do is recline the seats to the right and left of the MLP to get a clear line of sight to the surround speakers.

I wouldn't call these narrow but not that wide either.
What drew me to them was the powered headrest that could be lowered or raised at will.
A real bonus for surround sound listening IMO, Love mine

HTmarket also offers 'home theater' seating with an adjustable headrest, similar to what @Sal1950 posted above.

The nice thing with HTM is that you can get the seats in many configurations, solo, sofa, loveseat, and so forth. Not cheap, but I have sat in one of their seats before and the quality and fit are second to none.

Can't get the pictures to work ?

They don't show as links in the post, but they opened here when I hit reply while editing. But the final reply doesn't show them.

I think it has something to do with the weird file naming string and the .jpg not being the last in the string. I bet this one works normal.
