No, it was licensed and released on 45 rpm vinyl (2 box set). Not SACD.

? Why is no one else talking about this release?
On the second listen I clearly heard the Donovan influences . . . so now have Donovan STORYTELLER playing. Nice combo
This is an outstanding version....the best I've ever heard...excellent fidelity...
Which SACD? Donovan or Simon and Garfunkel?
Great to hear from you 2 about this.
Heck yeah.....this is now the ultimate go to version. Wonderful....Truly amazing for me it was a must have and well worth the intolerable long wait
It was not just their voices but the instrumentation that floored me. I was hearing things I never heard before. Yep it is the ultimate go to versionHeck yeah.....this is now the ultimate go to version. Wonderful....
Oh, same here....and even at lower volumes.....I could hear some moderate bass notes. I guarantee I'd not heard that before on my vinyl copy.It was not just their voices but the instrumentation that floored me. I was hearing things I never heard before. Yep it is the ultimate go to version
To give you an indication of my age I bought this record when it first came out on vinyl.
Hi guys. I stumbled across this Forum whilst looking for a review of Parsley and Thyme SACD. Really pleased to read some good reviews as I've just received my copy. I'll be giving it it's first play later this evening on my Oppo PM1 headphones driven by a Lehmann Linear headphone amp. Looking forward to it. A very warm welcome to the group, fellow dinosaur.

\This is certainly a gem from MoFi. The soundstage is impressive and revealing, there is a richness to the instruments more associated with analogue than digital and I'm hearing detail that isn't there with a red book. I'm yet to listen on my main system, Rega Elicit R amp and KEF R300 speakers and this first session was confined to my Oppo PM1 headphones. If MoFi are to bring out more of the S&G albums it's something to really look forward to.
Thanks for the warm welcome.
