Different mastering to the dualdisc?

In a word: No

The only differentiator is the audio on the videos is lossless on the Blu-ray vs Dolby on the DualDisc.

It's my understanding that there are possibly two versions of the DualDisc; one with MLP the other without.

i really can't get this point with upsampling of original with lower freq. to higher.
actually plenty of releases with such trick, when recording done @ 44.1/48kHz and
prior authoring it on DVD-A/BD-A, was upsampled to 96/192kHz.
doesn't make any sense.
