Since I had the email saying a replacement would be sent, nothing, not even an email shipping notice I did wonder if Rhino were waiting for me to order the next (todays) batch of Quadios (they know I will ) and send it with them.

I seriously doubt that they would hold it back, waiting for your next order.

Mine had an ETA of last Tuesday (couple days ago), just home from conferences. Not here, now it says Thursday (today), yet the detailed info says it's too far away to be today.

Just got my replacement today. The only heads up was the USPS informed Delivery message.
Rhino came thru.

I really don't! We call it "the sticks". Yet, I don't live in the sticks either. Just good ole farm country. No trees, can see for miles and miles most directions. No hills....yada yada.

Us living in Europe cannot sign for USPS informed Delivery message to see if something is out there.
Ask Rhino store and got an automated email saying sorry for a possible delay in answering me with my query but giving me a 10% discount code which we'll try tomorrow

My replacement was just dropped at my front door. Opened the box and case was in perfect condition. Dinner w/friends tonight, so I'll hold off listening to the disc till tomorrow morning...........BIG THANKS TO RHINO!!!

My replacement disc showed up today, no previous email notification. All intact, no cracks.
