By the time Arriving Somewhere was reissued on Blu-Ray in 2018, I imagine it would have been difficult to open the DAW session files from 2006. With this being a much newer recording, there's a far better chance of an Atmos upgrade (though I too am skeptical).
Bruce Soord managed to do it for How Did We Find Our Way (1999-2006).

I have had this 4k version for several years now on my Kaleidescape Terra Server, purchased from the online Kaleidescape store https://www.kaleidescape.com/movie-store/person/4234170 Kaleidescape gets the mezzanine files from the studios for which they have contracts, in this case Mercury Studios. I have had this for 4 years now. I assume when the blu ray came out that Kaleidescape got the mezzanine file from the studio which had 4k (no HDR) and 2 channel LPCM and 5.1 channel DTS-HD.

Lately, Mercury Studios 4k concerts, such as "Chicago & Friends - Live At 55", haven't show up yet on the Kaleidescape store, even though a few months back Kaleidescape announced that they now have a contract with Mercury Studios for their concerts and movies. Kaleidescape probably has a backlong on processing and releasing these and will eventually.
