This is a terrible mess
And Universal who own Motown
are not investing in their old Vault stuff
There is a Marvin Gaye 1973 set they have put it out
on downloads only, Could be like a 5 CD box set.

So Universal now is not to be trusted at all.

Also Stevie Wonder today,is no longer with Motown/Universal.

Margouleff seems to be making the rounds again. Heard him recently on an episode of the Broken Record podcast; now he's penned an article in the new issue of Mix magazine, "Stevie Wonder and the Quadraphonic Pioneers." (Scroll to p. 38.) A lot of the same stories we've heard before, though in a slightly different frame and with some new details. Still a fascinating read.

It would be amazing if they got Robert involved in a new quad release of those albums, especially as he was there during recording & would have set up the quad monitor mix for Stevie.

I'm sure Atmos is on their radar too. Ideally we could get both. One can dream.
