So, I live in central Illinois. It's currently 1 degree, wind chill of -18.Clearing rocks on the road to the Super Bowl: Go Chiefs!
Yeah, man. I've got a difficult cough, that only gets worse when I lay down to sleep. Soooo. Last night I got up at 1am, and sat in the recliner. Blanket, space heater....eye mask. It worked, though I woke up stiff as fuck. But I did sleep some. Tonight will be no different.
Oops, this isn't the old man discussing his ailments thread. Sorry. I forgot. lmao
Sweet dreams a good night's sleep helps so much. I zonk out good & visit the latrine 3:30ish am. Check QQ posts. Haven't woke up stiff as a fuck since I was 23.

Its 5 degrees here but we have Lake Michigan that acts as a blanket in this type of weather. Helps keep us about 10 degress warmer than our friends in Wisconsin. Thanks !! Problem is that blanket sheds !! SNOW !! Heading towards another foot in the next 48 hoursGene, that's nothing. We have -3.3° with a WC of -11.9° ..& we like it!

Seriously, yesterday at one point, it was snowing in my back yard, yet no snow in the front. This weather is nuts.
Too much Southern Comfort.
Good football weekend. My back is thrashed from all the sitting.
Results, all the home teams won except for Detroit, that was a loss no one expected.
Congrats to Sonik and the other winners.
Both upcoming Championship games should be great. Weather could be a factor as both are outside, but all 4 teams are cold winter outside teams.
AFC, definitely rooting for Buffalo all the way.
NFC, likely will go on record for Philly as my wife is from Philly and her entire family still lives there. Secretly will be rooting for Washington.
I always like to have a East vs West Super Bowl as it brings in most of the country, KC is as far west as it will go this year if they make it.
Down in New Orleans.
