Sono Luminus can do no wrong, in my book. It's sad to see that they, too, seem to be retreating from multi-channel formats (they have a big catalog of Atmos and Auro-3D on Blu-Ray), but every other month for the past year or so, they've run a sale in what I can only assume is an effort to get rid of their back stock, and I keep biting. I've acquired one or two things that, as @Marplot puts it, are not in my wheelhouse, but everything they touch sounds so damn good that I don't mind. And mostly I lurv what I've bought--especially anything involving the Iceland Symphony, ICE, Anna Thorvaldsdottir, Nordic Affect, or the Siggi String Quartet. (Inscape, Skylark, and the LA Percussion Quartet are also outstanding.)

P.S./FYI: I noticed that some of the discs in the "$7.99 Pure Audio Blu-Ray Sale" section had not in fact been marked down, and I emailed SL to inquire. They thanked me for the heads-up and said they would be correcting those erroneous price listings today. (I think they're all fixed now.)

In response to my hand-wringing about the apparent retreat from physical media and surround recording, they also said Not to Worry: the sales are just to sell off excess inventory, and "we will continue to be releasing and recording in multi-channel."

The Skylark and the two Inscapes are exceptional, I think, and the complete Sculthorpe string quartets is a real bargain. I don't have the Brubeck, but I know it's a particular favorite of @4-earredwonder.

In terms of surround: I think SL really excels with works for chamber ensembles and orchestra, but this time I'm going for the Michael Lewin Debussys, even though they're solo piano. I'll probably also throw in Permutations and--though I'm not a big baroque fan--the Zelenka.
