Like most service dogs, she was a rescue. I never had her DNA tested but I think she is either Husky or Malamute mixed with some type of Shepherd . . . perhaps Australian. She has changed my life!
Does she shed much? (Is the sky blue? Are there fish in the sea?) Seriously, does she like to stay outside in the cold, or has she acclimated to Virginia weather?

Today (May 8 in Canada) is Frankie (ginger male) and (tabby sister) Janee's 3rd. birthday. They were adopted together by my lady in Edmonton, who was swayed by these cute kitty photos:

So, the guy who used to hate cats went to hang out with the ex. I slept on the couch and Sushi slept on my chest the whole night. Cupcake was between my legs. Her normal warm spot.
