One of these days, I’m going to partake in another brewski. Though, my liver is probably thanking me for my lack of alcohol intake in the past year alone.
the key is moderation. dont drink to get drunk - drink for the flavor
When it comes to alcohol (a drug), there is no such thing as moderation.

My body told me years ago, “No mas!”

Had a friend over for some Thai chicken my wife made and a night of listening to music.
We split/drank/sampled the following:
Schmoojee Tangerine A La Mode which was a sour that spot on tasted like a liquid orange dreamsicle

RAR / 450 Out Of Order Melted Gelato Slushy which was a collab sour with about a dozen ingredients. It was tasty but the banana dominated.

Revolution Baphomet. A spot on Bock which reminds me why I do not like the style.

Drowned Lands Amai a Belgian Strong Dark .. in name only. Putting belgian sugar in a mashbill does not make a beer a belgian. This was a nut brown in everything but name so disappointing.

Imprint Bourbon Barrel Aged Bliss. Wow. Take a bowl of cocoa puffs, pour chocolate milk on it, remove the cereal and put in a bottle. This was very viscous and crazy sweet. It would make a great chocolate stout pie.

The Bruery Black Tuesday Imperial Grand Stout. The 23.7% ABV was very well masked but one of the 4 barrels used for aging overpowered the rest so this was not a well balanced ale.

Some disappointing ales that turned into drain pours so we finished with a known homerun.
Revolution Brewing Straight Jacket which is a silky smooth English Barleywine.
