I saw Rory G in 1976 & 1978, and its a Live recording of Rory Gallagher and his band from the Paradiso Club, Amsterdam, recorded 20th December 1993, and it ROCKS :rocks

That seems to be an extended release?

I found a copy in a used record shop, only one disc:

I remember this being part of a box set with his live albums? I only got this disc with the Amsterdam concert.

Did you know they also released "Official Bootlegs"?:

Yes it is an extended CD, I hadn't come across the Official Bootlegs though. I'll have to keep a lookout (y)

good 'ole
King Crimson
Live in Vienna (triple CD)
and yes, I was one of the first persons to hear "Fracture" with this lineup...couldn't believe my ears when I heard the guitar intro fading in....I was like "oooooHHHHHHHHMMMYYYYYYGGGAAAAAAHHHHHHHDDDDDDD!!!!!!!!"
what a trip!

Two 24KT Gold discs from Audio Fidelity

Scorpions - Love At First Sting (Kevin Grey mastered)
Joe Walsh - But Seriously Folks... (Steve Hoffman mastered)

I have not really been out lately, but today got: Sloan - Sloan 12
The Decemberists - I'll Be Your Girl
Jack White - Boarding House Reach
Ron Gallo - Really Nice Guys

Whistle Down the Wind - Joan Baez CD
Sent to us gratis from Joan, since we've got tix for her final tour. No doubt she expects us to sing along when we see and hear her. Will do.

You and I - Jeff Buckley CD

Beach Boys Party! Uncovered and Unplugged 2 CD
Original album & 69 bonus tracks.

Red House - Rod Argent UK CD
I got an advance promo of this when it came out in '88. If you're an Argent and/or Zombies fan, you'll probably like this, although it isn't exactly like either of those acts.

Live from California 1967-68 Electric Flag 2 CD
Disc 1 is 9/67 at the Whisky
Disc 2 is 5/16/68 at the Carousel Ballroom
Some good early Flag stuff w/Bloomfield, Gravenites, Goldberg and Buddy Miles. Miles aings lead on the 9/67 Killin' Floor (aka I Should Have Left Her.) Fidelity is pretty good for it's time. Whisky tape has some "gain riding" no doubt done by someone who was a bit blasted.

Hmmmmm Dammit Linda - Now Snood gotta buy that Electric Flag - did not even know about

Other than that: All CD

Joe Walsh - Barnstorm - by far his best album - very awesome (yes me know it was really a group)
Jack White - Boarding House Reach - Reach pretty much describes this......with the exception of 2 to 3 songs this one blows
Joe Walsh - There Goes the Neighborhood - this one is pretty rare - not his best but the last of his better stuff

Paul Butterfield Blues Band - The Original Lost Elektra Sessions - not bad but not enough Bloomfield - the one thing I do like is they did isolate Bloomfield and Elvin Bishop's guitar to either R or L channel so you know whose lick it is, in case you could not tell.

Linda Ronstadt - Mad Love - another slightly rare one - A lil underrated, she was trying to be hip with the times.....does not work at times but some good songs. Some koo Elvis Costello covers
Linda Ronstadt - Simple Dreams - wore out my old copy - Blue Bayou is Awesome :SB

Both are 2 CD compilations. However, the one on the left excluded the singles from Santana's comeback album, "Supernatural". The one on the right eliminated some of the songs from first "Essential" compilation and added the hits from "Supernatural" and after, including the first (and unused) version of "Game of Love", featuring Tina Turner.

Right after the "Sons of Apollo" gig two nights ago I went to say hi to the opening acts and got the CD of the first one for $12 , Sifting (link!) , a melodic/heavy metal band from L.A. and they were really nice ( I had then sign the CD!) and the SoA SIGNED CD for $20 !!!!The second opening act, Felix Martin , a venezuelan guitarist who plays a double neck Keiser guitar a la "touch/tapping" gtr, was very good , but it somehow didn't "speak" to me...AND I had limited fundz...
