I had the other 3 Jim Croce QS discs, and I was not really impressed with the quad mixes. If possible could you please supply a comment on the quad mix of this one ?

What's the Joan Baez Greatest Hits Quad disc like ? Never had it and was too late to purchase it back in the day from when I finally decided to try and obtain it. . Just curious ?

Had a good listen to Joan Baez Greatest Hits, here folksy come country style of music I liked it very much had a good spread of instruments in Quad.

I have not listened to (Doric Recordings. QS DO(Q) 1501 -George Blackmore Live at The Robert Mortin Theatre Organ )- yet so you most likely are right
and yes your right with the ( Evolution. EV=QS 16501 -Music Sampler :Factory Sealed )- it is EV I put QS because there is only 2 method to decode EV LP`s and that is with a Sansui QS or the Surround Masters QS the original EV decoders were next to useless, QS does the better job even though it is not correct decoding..

The Chicago Box set is on my ...well.....one day soon list.
FWIW there are only maybe 3 of those discs on the box set I really want, so it's not a priority.
I have one and two and they're the must haves in quad . Really only pining for 7 and there's no rush for me anyway, I had all of them and still have most of them on SQ disc, including 7.

So...eventually yes, I'll get it if only because I support quad products. :sun

Salvatore Adamo was a big star in Europe. I think there were fans of European and French stars in Japan as there are quite a number of Japan only French Quad releases. He may not be your cup of tea but a wanker he surely was not.
